Axolove
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 29, 2026
Axolove is an app for couples to care for a shared virtual pet and plan their life together. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. In short: we collect only what the app needs to work, we never sell your data, we show no ads and we use no tracking or analytics SDKs.
Who we are
Axolove is operated by BLINE LOGISTICS LLC, 18117 Biscayne Blvd #1686, Miami, FL 33160, USA ("we", "us"). For anything about privacy, write to support@axolove.app.
What we collect
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Email address, or the Apple ID identifier when you use Sign in with Apple | To create your account and let you sign in. |
| Display name, optional avatar photo, time zone, app language, theme | To show you to your partner, count days in your couple's time zone and send notifications in your language. |
| Couple content you add: pet progress, moods, grocery and to-do lists, recipes, wishlists and gift plans, watch list, dreams, places, dates and hints, love notes, calendar events and important dates, trips and expenses, savings goals, photos and albums, check-in and game answers, "Our story" entries, emoji reactions | This is the app itself: it is stored so both partners can see and sync it. |
| Push notification token and device platform | To send the notifications you allow (pet reminders, unlocked hints, delivered notes, gifts). |
| Purchase records (product, date, store transaction id) | To unlock Axolove Plus and items you bought, and to restore them. |
| Text you send to AI helpers and their usage count | To generate ideas you ask for and to enforce fair-use limits. |
| Feedback and bug reports you send in the app (with the app version) | To answer you and improve Axolove. |
We do not collect your location, contacts, advertising identifier, browsing history or health data. If you turn on calendar sync, Axolove writes events to the calendar on your device; that calendar is not uploaded to us. Photos you pick are uploaded only when you add them to Axolove.
Who can see your content
Content in your couple is visible to you and your partner only. Some things are deliberately hidden even from your partner, and this is enforced on our servers, not just in the app: gift plans are visible only to the person who claimed the gift; mystery-date hints and details unlock only at the planner's chosen time; love notes open only at their delivery time; check-in and game answers are revealed only after both partners answered. Photos are stored in private storage and shown through short-lived links.
Service providers
We use these providers to run Axolove. They process data only on our behalf and under their data processing terms:
- Supabase (database, sign-in, file storage and server functions; servers in the United States, AWS us-east-1).
- Apple (Sign in with Apple, App Store payments, push delivery on iOS) and Google (Google Play payments, push delivery on Android).
- Expo (relays push notifications to Apple and Google).
- RevenueCat (verifies in-app purchases and subscriptions).
- Anthropic (generates AI ideas). Only the text needed for the request is sent — for example your mood and budget and the names of saved places for date ideas, or your partner's wishlist titles for gift ideas — never your email or photos.
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use your content to train AI models.
Legal bases (EEA, UK, Switzerland)
We process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the app), on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and answering feedback, and with your consent for push notifications and optional photo or calendar access, which you can withdraw in your device settings at any time.
International transfers
Our servers are in the United States. Where data from the EEA, UK or Switzerland is transferred, we rely on our providers' Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
How long we keep data
We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, your profile, the content you added and your photos are deleted right away; if your partner is still in the couple, they keep the content they added and the couple's shop purchases. Encrypted backups kept by our hosting provider expire within 7 days. Purchase records may be kept longer where tax or accounting law requires it.
Your rights and choices
- Export: Settings → Export our data gives you a file with everything you can see in Axolove.
- Delete: Settings → Delete account permanently deletes your account. You can also email us.
- Correct: edit your profile and content in the app at any time.
- Notifications: turn them off in Settings or your device settings.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or US state laws such as the CCPA/CPRA), you may also have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to appeal our decision. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. Write to support@axolove.app; we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by our hosting provider. Every table is protected by row-level security so that only members of a couple can access its data. API keys for AI and payment verification live only on our servers, never in the app.
Children
Axolove is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
